Perseverance to presence. Today on #ML30 we discussed determination, dedication and grit. We explored tools and tactics that can help you get through those tough moments.

- Today we discuss workplace implications of perseverance and implications of presence. What does perseverance as a team look like v. an individual….
- As a leader, when we see perseverance as it’s happening, it’s important to rewarding that initiative with appreciation and recognition.
- Mind your self care habits because this increases your tolerance / perseverance threshold so that you can be fully present as others are in the position to hit their max.
