December 3, 2020

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow.”

– Mary Anne Radmacher, American author and artist

Perseverance to presence. Today on #ML30 we discussed determination, dedication and grit. We explored tools and tactics that can help you get through those tough moments.

Today’s Exercise:

  • Mind your self care habits because this increases your tolerance / perseverance threshold so that you can be fully present as others are in the position to hit their max.
