Where are you right now? How well do you know about where you are? We know you’re at home physically, but have you reoriented to better understand where you are spiritually and emotionally? By harnessing grounding and tuning into your senses, you can strengthen your “place-based awareness” and make a plan to better those areas where you might be lacking or might need some extra TLC.
