How do you get motivated to start a task? When embarking on a new challenge or even a daily task, we must energize ourselves through the lens of curiosity and purpose. If we don’t communicate this to others or even to ourselves, how can we be motivated to engage? Today we discuss how to motivate, practice gratitude and ask questions to energize ourselves and others around us.
