Work History

Katrina has spent the past 26 years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves.  She became a Registered Nurse in 2002 and Commissioned as an officer, thus beginning her journey as a leader.  In 2017 she attended Flight School to be an Aeromedical Evacuation Flight Nurse, for which she has transported many patients from many European countries, and Africa.  During the past 20 years, she has developed her leadership skills, team building, process improvement, and conflict resolution.

Why Move Mountains?

Katrina is now joining us for an internship just before retirement to participate in our leadership training and gain experience in mindful leadership within the civilian communities.  She has a great passion for mentorship, providing the tools, validation, and encouragement to those she leads.  She believes that positive, mindful leadership provides an atmosphere of empowerment, and this is the recipe for success.

For Fun

Katrina enjoys standup paddle boarding, jogging, watching movies, and listening to audiobooks.
