How are you taking care of your whole self? Are you taking time for just you? This could be in the form of reading, writing in a journal, dancing, painting your nails, making a nourishing meal for you and your partner.Intention in self-care – where are you putting your energy.

Today’s Exercise:

Today on #ML30 we go over practical daily tips on four-directional self-care to help you get through your day.

Those 4 waypoints are Emotional, Physical, Intellectual and Spiritual.

Of the 4 directions, which aspect of your humanity do you feel you have neglected most? Which receives the majority of your attention?

Examples of how you can give yourself four directional self-care:

  • Emotional: Giving yourself a hug, Calling a friend, giving yourself permission to feel.
  • Physical: Sleep, exercise.
  • Intellectual: Space to learn new things through experience and experimentation. Put down the tech.
  • Spiritual: Food source reflection, simple convenience source reflection, contemplating nature.
