What happens with our Mindful Leadership Inventory responses?

Responses serve alongside interviews as part of the Discovery Process.  An individuals’ survey responses are not shared, even with the group organizer.  We look for trends in the data and general alignment of responses to surveys with interviews.  Our reporting on the aggregate data from your team contributes to the design and implementation of the program.

The longitudinal results of surveys are also linked to the activities and goals that we integrate into your program.  Move Mountains believes in constantly improving; with the help of your responses, we can see where our work was effective, and where we need to grow.
