Charlie spent the first 10 years of his professional life in education. While teaching, he found himself immersed in learning about the needs and motivations of learners and leaders. He experienced his own struggles with communication and leadership and went through a transformative growth process supported by mindfulness and driven by his desire to constantly learn and grow from his mistakes. Move Mountains was formed as a result of Charlie’s journey and continues to evolve as the Move Mountains team works with Mindful Leadership through embodied and experiential learning. Charlie has worked with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions, providing expert design and facilitation and creating palpable change in the way teams interact and individuals thrive as Mindful Leaders.

Shelby Hart brings a distinctive perspective shaped by her career in nursing, where she developed a deep understanding of what it takes to support people through challenge and change. That foundation — combined with her commitment to self-awareness and personal growth — drives her work as a facilitator, team coach, and coach at Move Mountains. Known for her grounded, approachable style, Shelby helps leaders and teams strengthen emotional intelligence, build trust, and develop the confidence to lead with intention. She also curates immersive retreat experiences designed to create the space leaders rarely give themselves—space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Through these thoughtfully crafted environments, clients are able to uncover deeper layers of who they are as leaders, expand their awareness, and realign how they show up in both their work and their lives.

Nora Behrens leads Customer Experience at Move Mountains, where she makes sure every client engagement is both well-run and deeply personal.As CX Team Leader, she builds the systems and manages the details that keep delivery seamless—coordinating teams, refining processes, and staying ten steps ahead so nothing falls through the cracks.But for Nora, operational excellence isn’t the end goal—it’s what makes space for real connection.She’s driven by the belief that when the behind-the-scenes work is done right, clients feel it: supported, valued, and free to focus on what matters most—growing their leaders.

Si Norton is a global educator and experiential facilitator with three decades of experience directing international education programs and team development initiatives. He has facilitated over 450 experiential programs and workshops, working with adults and youth from more than 50 nations. Si brings exceptional skill in leadership, teamwork, and risk management to every engagement. His dynamic and empowering approach to education and team development makes him a natural fit for large scale, high energy experiences that demand precision and adaptability.

Brian Williams joins Move Mountains as Director of Business Development, bringing a rare combination of entrepreneurial drive and genuine human connection. With deep roots in leadership development, nonprofit leadership, and building cultures of compassion at scale, Brian knows what it takes to create something meaningful from the ground up. His experience forging strategic partnerships and inspiring organizational change gives him a natural eye for identifying leaders and organizations ready to grow. At Move Mountains, Brian is focused on building the relationships that bring our work to the people who need it most—connecting purpose-driven organizations with the kind of leadership development that creates lasting change.

Colin Supko is a national security expert and Navy SEAL veteran—helping teams understand what it takes to lead under pressure, build trust in high-stakes environments, and make critical decisions when the path forward isn’t clear. Drawing from two decades of military leadership, White House service as a Presidential Innovation Fellow, and experience bridging government and private sector innovation, Colin shows how the principles forged in special operations translate directly to organizational resilience and strategic execution.
