About Charlie

Charlie guides executives and leaders who may have already experienced success, but who may be experiencing a feeling that something is missing. Whether the challenge is burnout, conflict avoidance, or just a general lack of inspired energy, Charlie offers the tools and path for leaders to step into a better version of themselves, and to empower positive change.

Charlie founded Move Mountains in 2014 to offer clients training and coaching in Mindful Leadership, with methods based in outdoor adventure, movement and embodied learning. Charlie has worked with leaders from Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, non-profits and educational institutions, providing expert design and facilitation and creating palpable change in the way leaders thrive and teams collaborate.

Prior to Move Mountains, Charlie worked in education from 2004-2013. His passion for learning, leadership and genuine love for people strengthened with each person he met. He continues studies in mindfulness, neuroscience, leadership and communication. When not working, you will likely find Charlie on an adventure down some dirt road. Whether camping, gardening or paddle boarding, Charlie enjoys spending time together with his family including his wife and their 3 kids, 3 dogs and cat.
