Day 15: Worry, Laughter & Focus

Feel like you’re in a constant state of worry? We all have our days. It lingers in the back of our minds and says hi unexpectedly. Today, we discuss separating that lingering worry from the problem itself. We do this by shifting our focus and reminding ourselves to laugh during these challenging times. Because, why not?

Today’s Exercise:

  • Learning on Laughter: Today we’re proud to introduce Terry Dibble, a lecturer at Oakland University. Terry will talk to us for 15-20 minutes on his course: Laughter as a Therapeutic Modality.
