I lived and worked in Chicago for 12 years as a management consultant, advising Fortune 500 leadership on how to engage with their employees during times of transformational organization change. The work was rewarding, but something was missing.

I left the glass and steel office buildings behind, sold my place along with many of my possessions and hit the road.  My travels took me to 41 states, 24 national parks, 11 countries on 2 continents with countless experiences of awe and growth.  Along the way I rediscovered myself – my love for the outdoors, adventure, people, learning, discovery, service. I found some courage to know and overcome my fears of breaking with a more ‘traditional’ path and embarked on a more intentional, meaningful and fulfilling life in the Reno/Tahoe area – doing the things I love for a living.

I’m excited to work with Move Mountains as an agent of positive growth – both professionally and personally – so that we may all live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
